Hi I'm Charlene, as a mother of 2 beautiful girls, (one of those girls being a teenager) and as a wife, I understand first hand how overwhelming and challenging being a mother can be, even worse when you have no support or you only seem to be hearing the fluffy version of what being a parent is. I created get through to provide mothers with a safe space for real, honest, candid conversations. For mums to feel at ease releasing the emotions you never imagined you could feel and haven't said out loud. I am not a professional, just a fellow mother trying to juggle parenting and family life in the healthiest happiest way I can, I offer one-to-one emotional support and gentle guidance, grounded in real-life experience, for mums who are carrying a lot and want a safe, confidential space to talk about what's weighing on them- at their own pace. My goal is to create a supportive and understanding community where we can share and feel less alone, they say it takes a village, but for the mothers who have no village, that's why I'm here.
